The global effects of COVID-19 have turned the events industry upside down and has made us all look at other ways of how to engage with our members and community. The team at YRD have been working hard behind the scenes investigating what is out there in virtual providers or as we like to say our new "venue". Just like a venue there are many different platforms and options and it is our job to help you find the right fit.
As Australia starts to open again and the number of people that can meet in person increases, that is where hybrid events come into play where we can have small "hubs" of people meet at a venue and then live stream to each hub and virtually.

YRD have the expertise to deliver quality workshops, education and training series' via online software. This can be adapted to suit your needs and can include registration of attendees and facilitation of the meeting with staff on hand to ensure the meeting goes smoothly.

HYBRID EVENTS
Hybrid events is turning out to be the way of the future and are a combination of the traditional in person event as well as the webinar and virtual interface to allow those who are not able to be at the event in person to still present and watch the event live. YRD works with our clients and our audio visual team to deliver quality events that transition between in person and webinar presenters, including live Q&A and panel discussions.
